Reaching Out: A Report on the Benefits to Our Community

St. Mary's takes a holistic approach to community health, focusing on prevention and wellness, spiritual and mental health and early medical treatment when necessary, regardless of one's ability to pay. In 2009, St. Mary's Hospital and St. Mary's Care Center provided an array of free services, programs and activities for the community that amounted to $36.4 million – 70% of which went to serve the poor.
